First Arrival

When I first got to Tübingen in early September, I had no idea where I was or where I really needed to go. I had 3 suitcases with me and was struggling to get to the administration by bus. Luckily, I found a taxi driver who I struggled to speak to in broken German. But it all worked out. The taxi was really expensive though. Probably because it was a BMW. Almost all the taxis here are BMWs or Mercedes. The buses are all Mercedes too. When I finally got to my apartment, all I did was sleep. I was so jet lagged for a week or so. But the next day I met one of my roommates and he showed me around the city a bit, which was nice. I had my first fast of Käsespätzle. Its almost like mac and cheese but better and with caramelized onions. So lecker!
